Product Overview
These CNC turn-mill shaft parts are processed by turn-mill composite machines. Multiple processes including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, grooving and flatting are completed in a single clamping operation. It effectively reduces cumulative positioning errors and guarantees high dimensional accuracy, excellent concentricity, runout tolerance and surface finish.
Available materials: carbon steel, alloy steel, HPb59 / HPb60-2 brass, 303, 316L stainless steel, 6061, 7075 aluminum alloy, DC53 tool steel, PTFE and engineering plastics. Custom profiles, keyways, cross holes, threads, grooves and special structures are available according to drawings or samples.
Surface treatments: hard chrome plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, black oxide, passivation, anodizing, heat treatment (quenching & tempering) can be offered to improve wear resistance, hardness and anti-corrosion performance.
